Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been created to your approved specifications. Once a product has been engraved, it cannot be resold.

To ensure accuracy, we provide a digital proof for your review prior to production. Work will not begin until your approval is received. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, layout, and design, before approving the proof.

If an error occurs on our end, we will make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Right to Refuse Service

At Precision Lighthouse, we are committed to creating high-quality, meaningful products that reflect our values of craftsmanship, respect, and integrity.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not align with these standards.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Profanity or vulgar language
• Explicit or NSFW content
• Hate speech or discriminatory language or symbols
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm
• Designs that may be considered offensive or inappropriate

We also reserve the right to decline projects based on feasibility, material limitations, or production constraints.

If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate this clearly and respectfully.


Processing & Turnaround Time

Each item is made to order with care and precision.

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days after proof approval. This allows time for design, engraving, and quality inspection.

Larger orders or bulk requests may require additional time. If so, we will communicate expected timelines clearly before production begins.


Shipping Policy

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.


Delays & Delivery Issues

Precision Lighthouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist if needed.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

For lost packages, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need help with this process, we are happy to guide you.
