Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom products we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to your specifications. Once engraved these products cannot be re-sold if returned. We do send digital proofs to you before engraving and we won't engrave your product until we have your approval on the digital proof. If you have any questions on our return policy please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss it with you.
Right to Refuse Service Policy
At Precision Lighthouse, we believe in creating high-quality, personalized items that align with our values of respect, integrity, and craftsmanship. To ensure that all our work reflects these principles, we reserve the right to refuse any requests that conflict with our standards or ethical considerations.
This includes, but is not limited to, content involving:
• Profanity, vulgar language, or obscene gestures
• NSFW (Not Safe for Work) or explicit imagery
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or symbols that promote intolerance
• Politically divisive or inflammatory statements
• Any designs or language that could be considered threatening, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate
Our goal is to cultivate a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and community. If a request does not align with these values, we will kindly decline the work and may suggest other resources or businesses better suited to fulfill your needs.
